This Canadian-born singer-songwriter and guitarist's unique brand of rock music is difficult to define - but let's try: "John Lennon-esque songwriting with Santana-flavored guitarwork, strained through a Phish-istic and warped sense of humor, all arranged with that Steely Dan attention to the art of arranging and recording". Well it's something like that, and then some. As one session drummer noted "every song is a little journey". With influences ranging from the diverse rock and r&b of the early 70's, to progressive rock, jazz, classical and flamenco, his music provides a kaleidoscope of styles, textures and moods. Bozwell's songs are known for their inspired choruses, wry lyrics and soulful, often scintillating guitar work.
